Deposit

30% of the accommodation cost is required to confirm the booking

Cancellation

For all functions with the exception of functions that require exclusive use of the retreat, the following rules apply:

1. Cancellations with more than 14 days notice will receive a refund of 100% of the deposit and any monies prepaid

2. Cancellations with 14 days or less AND more than 7 days notice will receive a refund of 50% of the deposit.  Any other money prepaid will also be refunded

3. Cancellations with 7 days or less notice will not receive a refund of the deposit and any other money prepaid will have any expenses incurred that directly relate to the booking deducted before refunded

Cancellations for functions that require exclusive use of the retreat will receive a 100% refund ONLY IF the date can be booked with another function that also requires exclusive use of the retreat.  Any expenses incurred that directly relate to the booking will be deducted before refunded.
